For sale: The stunning Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic Tourbillon Universal Time (reference Q8126420 / 8126420). The watch comes with box, leather strap and certificate only. This piece is in very good condition with normal wear and/or faint handling marks. All functions are working great.

What we love about this watch: The breathtaking collision of mechanical virtuosity and old-world cartography, representing a historic first by combining an orbital flying tourbillon with a world timer. Housed in a substantial 43.5mm case crafted from solid, high-purity 950 platinum, this rare masterpiece features a magnificent convex dial displaying a planisphere projection of the continents from the North Pole, complete with deep blue translucent lacquered oceans over detailed guilloché waves. Rather than sitting static, the spectacular flying tourbillon floats across the dial, orbiting the center once every 24 hours to track the world's principal time zones in tandem with the moving reference ring. Hidden beneath the tourbillon cage is JLC's high-efficiency "Gyrolab" balance wheel—an aerodynamic, non-circular architecture shaped like the brand's signature anchor logo. Powered by the automatic in-house Caliber 948 movement, featuring a skeletonized 22k pink gold winding rotor, this mechanical artwork was strictly limited to just 100 individually numbered pieces globally, making it one of the absolute rarest and most visually captivating modern creations from the "Watchmaker of Watchmakers."
