A watch of this caliber at this value is nearly impossible to find. This is an early production piece, part of a limited run of only 12 worldwide. The watch was serviced by Audemars Piguet in 2016 and is running great.
The watch comes with the box, key to the box, service papers, standard stainless push-pin tool, and booklets with a copy of the instruction manual. Please note that the original papers and magnifying loupe are missing.
